On the Openbox themes page you will find Openbox window decoration sets in .obt format
On the Widget themes page you will find some individual GTK+2.0 widget theme sets in .pet format
On the Icon sets page you will find icon sets in .pet format
On the Fonts page there are some fonts
In some cases (Crunchy & Elegance), a GTK2 theme and the corresponding Openbox window theme are both included
- this will be shown by "combined" in the pet name
Backgrounds should be put into /usr/share/backgrounds and activated using the Desktop button under the Change appearance menu item. vladstudio.com is an excellent source for backgrounds.
